4scourge7
Can some of our guys that model the IASF tell me if the F-16C Barak is a standard F-16C that can be modeled from Hasegawa types in 72nd. Is there any particular Israeli `bumps and lumps` like you get with the Sufa or Ra`am? My source material suggests standard F-16C but is this the case (including cockpit)? Cheers for any assistance Ian.
Dave Williams
The IDF Block 40 had the following differences from the US F-16 version: Extended tail base bigger RWR bulges on the sides of the nose aft of the radome extended housings for the nav lights on the sides of the intakes extra antenna bump under the intake extra air intake scoop on the left side of the lower fuselage aft of the gear bay also, depending on the time period, 4 boxes around the rear fuselage forward of the exhaust Cockpitwise, they were similar other than being painted black and having the standard WAC HUD instead of the WAR HUD like the US Block 40s.
