Recommended Posts

hi,

thought I will ask here, anyone knows any good modelling shop in Taipei Taiwan?

tia

Hi, Flanker27

There are many Hobbyshops in Taipei City and New Taipei City

Here is where I visit often

Jee-Shin, No.60 Nanning Rd. Taipei City.

MPK, 2nd Fl., No. 311, Sec.5, Yang-Peng N. Rd. Taipei City.

Hung-Yeah No.55-1, 22 Alley. 553 Lane, Sec.4, Chung-Hsao E. Rd, Taipei City.

Dong-Fang No.200-7, Ming-Sheng E. Rd., Taipei City.

The others I know are

Hobby on line

Dong-Hai Room14&15, 4th Fl of Wan-Nian Commerical Building, No.70, Se-Nein S. Rd, Taipei City.

Ming-Jan No.114. Yuan-San Rd. Chung-He District, New Taipei City, 23548.

Chang-Seen No.12, Chung-Gan Rd. Shin-Chung District, New Taipei City

HGA No. 267-1, Wu-Chang St., Song-Shan District, Taipei City

I recommend you visit MPK for the owner Mr. Chang who speak english fluently and the suprise price range

If you want to shop at once, the Wan-Nian Commerical Building is the best way to go but the price is another issue.

And if you want to know anyother info, you may visit here for the guys in Taiwan gathered and willing to help you.

Have a nice trip in Taiwan.

hi Lin,

thanks for the list, actually my ex-boss is the one going, and I'm thinking of asking him to pickup a couple of kits if possible

SongBeng

Then, Jee-Shin & MPK are the best way to go.

Well, I fell pity for your ex-boss's wallet. HAHA.......

Have a nice day.

It's a pity that MPK no longer sell online internationally... A few years ago they were the best source for AFV Club / Hobby Fan products (best availability, best prices) and I ordered a lot from them...

MPK change their online store website. Here is the new one.

Indeed. But I don't think it is available for international customers. It's all in Chinese and while I managed to create an account with my address in Poland (using Google translator), I don't think there is any payment option available for people outside Taiwan (only cash on delivery and "ATM transfer", whatever that means...).

Thanks, Lin

Between San min road, and Sindong street?

I'm not far from there, I'll have a look next week end.

I've already checked at MPK and Hung Yeah, that was great.

I'll also have a look at Jee-shin.

Nearest MRT station is Xiaonanmen, or Longshan temple?

Hi Antoine,

To Jee-shin, the nearest MRT station is Longshan temple.
