catfan Posted November 4, 2012 Share Posted November 4, 2012 OK so for my birthday yesterday i got as a present the space shuttle stack in 1/72 scale. and the kit decals are crap. now who makes the best decals i can use to make this model look real. or if i wanted to make my own where could i look for a NASA digram that shows the markings that are used on the real thing?? crowe-t Posted November 4, 2012 Share Posted November 4, 2012 I have a set of the 1/144 shuttle decals from Tango Papa Decals and the meatballs are a bit too dark. Tango Papa's decals are copies of the Real Space Models discontinued shuttle decals. I did get some meatball decals from them printed in a lighter, more correct, blue. I had received a picture of the 1/72 shuttle decals from Tango Papa and the meatballs are the lighter, more accurate, color. If you e-mail Tom at Tango Papa make sure he prints the lighter color blue meatballs. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
