Tiger27 Posted January 10, 2013 Share Posted January 10, 2013 Trumpys new Mig-21 F-13 kit in 48th built OOB. Not a bad build actually, some fiddely parts, one of wich to get the front weelwell to sit strait, but apart from that. The fit is generally very good and detail level is very acceptable. I've been watching the forums here and know it aint accurate, and that I should have omited the missiles, but it looked naked without them and I had already installed the pylons when I found out about that. I built this one east german, it was the one decal option in the box that was't BMF, and I've done quite a few BMF's lately so I wanted to do something different. Also this was a very quick build, While workin on my F-4B I'm to the stage on that buld that I have had to wait for both decals and clearcotes to dry so decided to build this Mig while waiting. I'm going to get more of these, This kit is very cheap and a highly enjoyable build. Paints used from Tamiya, Vallejo, Citadel and Aeromaster. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
