Yes.

 

The most noticeable difference is the canopy.  The early E-3 was unarmored windscreen and the center (opening) had rounded upper corners and no head armor. Later E-3's were field modified with head armor and windscreen. The E-4's had heavier canopy framing and angular corners for the center section.  E-4 head armor was standard.

 

Check your specific build for propeller spinner differences.

I don't know what it is, but it's not a BF109 of any kind. You need to find the Dragon / Cyberhobby kit. The E3/E4 kit will build just about all of them out to an E7 (note; not real sure about an E1).
