Don Logan's B-1 book lists two variations, though it's not clear to me if there were indeed two versions of the desert scheme between B-1A #3 and B-1A #4, or if the book is in error.

FS 30140, 30400, and 34201

FS 30219, 30400, and 34201

Just to add to the confusion, Aerofax Monograph 24, authors Don Logan & Jay Miller, describes B-1A-3 as having FS 30140, 20400, 34079, and 36622 on the underside; B-1A-4 is described as "same as #3". Both had the dorsal spine mod and photos show them with and without a black radome.
