MA Cooke
Hi everyone. I'm doing No. 100 in the TPS with the "royal blue" or "French blue" markings, and would love to get my hands on a decal for this: http://www.anft.net/f-14/f14-photo-vf143-18.htm (the Pentagon artwork, not the "100".) If anyone has a 72 scale decal, or artwork, I'll make my own decal. Anyone?? Thanks a ton. Mitch Edited July 10, 2006 by MA Cooke
Andrew D. the Jolly Rogers guy
Yikes...did TwoBobs or ANYONE ever do a decal of that in any scale?
MA Cooke
Andrew D: Someone earlier had said that marking is in Hasegawa's 1/72 Cat, w/ the VF-143 markings. How hard would it be to enlarge the 1/72 decal to "approximately" the correct size for 1/48? I've never done my own decals, but I think I could manage. I have a photo quality printer. "Good 'nuff for guh'ment work." Thanks. MC
Andrew D. the Jolly Rogers guy
If you do get the 1/72, it would be very simple math to size it up correctly. Maybe you could advertise for the decal in the "Jet Modeling" forum?
