can someone tell me how much paint would be necessary to paint all sides of an F-15 ?

I need a rough estimate

Less than 3ml. assuming you will thin it and airbrush it.

Big difference between a 1/72, 1/48, & 1/32 kit in amount of paint volume required. Each of the above scales is 50% increase in length, so paint volume increases approximately 100% (thickness of paint ignored).

My rule of thumb is have a complete new standard paint jar for a new project for a solid color project in 1/48. There's been a couple times I needed more than 1 jar in 1/32.

Most F-15 paint schemes involve 2 blue/grey colors. The lighter color I will lay down a base-coat over the entire model, sort of acting as a primer. This base coat will need most an entire jar in 1/48. The secondary color will usually use much less, maybe a 1/4 jar or less.
