Retool / new tool /new mold or what ever you want to call it. Yes it was the 1/72 kit I was looking at. Are most of the Revell/Germany kits just reboxes of the old kits or do they have new molds on some of them?

Is it the same kit I built in the 70s or is it retooled?

Wow, there are so many out there and I'm going to bookmark that list Steve. Verlinden is still around and I knew Paragon was gone unfortunately. Did anybody ever pick up their molds or masters? Are Aries and Quickboost one in the same or some how connected?

Was looking around and it was hit and miss with finding some things. Some things I know were made I could not find but then I would find things I never knew existed but the company was defunct as far as I knew. Thats when I got to wondering, what companies are still in business and who is not?

Dont forget trying Pine-Sol also. Soak the kit over night and scrub it down with a brush. It might take a few applications but depending on the type of paint it should start lifting off over night.

Has anybody used the UMM Scribing tool with the Eduard PE scribing template? I would like to know if they could be used together.

Finally found one (48-557) and it looks to be a combination of pt 2 and 3.

I see 48-558 and 48-574 which are part 2 & 3 but don't see any reference to part 1 anywhere. If there was a part 1 does anybody know what the subjects were?
