RKic
I know Airfix used to have one a while ago, any others?
Trojan Thunder
Lindberg aslo did one, though just as old as the airfix one. Hard to find these days and less detail than the Airfix kit. It has little interior, you glue the pilot to the leading edge of the wing that is passed through the fuselage halves!
Chuck1945
Pavla under their Octopus name did a OS2U a couple or years ago. More detail then either Airfix or Lindberg, but based on other Pavla kits I have worked on, harder to build as well.
RKic
dang! Doesn't bode well for me then. I'm actually rather surprised that there aren;t more kingfisher kits available in this scale (or 1/48 for that matter). Quite an oversight I think
Dr Fester
Quite an oversight I think Very true Ralph, does that mean the only 1/48 Kingfisher is the Monogram/Hasegawa offering?? Doc Edited February 18, 2007 by Dr Fester

Baggers
White Ensign Models (WEM) in the UK do an etched brass set for the Airfix kit which is quite nice and relatively inexpensive. Falcon also do vacform replacement canopies in one of their US Navy sets.
RKic
Thanks for the heads up baggers. How is the Airfix kit as far as fit is concerned? And was it built back when Rosie the Riveter was still employed by the company?
