Inferno
I had a quick question on painting the model with the decals provided. I sprayed a quality primer down according to the instructions among the gloss white which would be the next and the pearlescent white finish. (The aztec decals are made to show through them. Question: After adding the gloss white for the main color do I apply the decals next or the pearescent white? I was not sure if you spray over the decals with the pearl white? is it like transparent or something? Or do I paint the pearl white then add the decals and then a clear coat? I am usiing Tamiya TS-45 Let me know Thanks

Inferno
I did paint, decals, gloss coat. So the pearl paint first then decals, clear coat? or White gloss, decals, pearl, clear coat?
Inferno
I did paint, decals, gloss coat. So the gloss white, pearl paint, decals, clear coat? or White gloss, decals, pearl, clear coat? Edited February 20, 2010 by Inferno
phantom
I did not bother with "Pearl". I have no idea what that is. Pearl sounds like "shiney" to me so that s what I went with.
David Hingtgen
Decals should be 2nd-to-absolute-last, regardless of how many layers/colors you do. The markings are never azteced/pearled/interferenced.
