"Football" antenae?

or am I imagining things?

I could have sworn that the old monogram kit came with the "Football" antennae. I just picked up the re-iisue and I don't see the football. Am I smokin'?

I know the original issue didn't. The kit represented a WWII AT-6 with the fully framed canopy. The "football" was usually seen on postwar T-6Gs, which had the canopy without the vertical center frames. I think some of the reissues of the Monogram kit have the later style canopy, but I don't know about the football antenna.

I just did a quick check and none of the 1/48 T-6's that I have have the ADF football. Monogram, Revell or Occidental.

The current Revell incarnation does have both sets of clear plastic as indicated by Steve.

I have one in the spares box you can have, pm me your info. I don't think it came from a T-6 kit but they should all be the same size I would think.

Really? All the Modelcraft and Italeri (ie Occidental) T-6G and Harvard kits I've got have one.
