niki4703
Hi guys, If any of you could help me out on this, I'd be very grateful: I plan on building a 1/72 Hobby Boss TA-7C disguised as an EA-7L of VAQ-34. I have seen o couple of pictures of those planes and besides two drop tanks, underneath each wing, on the pylons immediately outboard of the tanks, there is some equipment present: http://www.aero-web.org/database/aircraft/...age.htm?id=3898 ... something short and bulky under the left wing and something long and skinny under the right one. Any idea what it is so I can start a direct search for better photo references Cheers! Niki
Murph
The right wing looks like an ALQ-167 pod (kind of fuzzy, but it's the right color), under the other wing could be an ALQ-170 Airborne Missile Simulator; that's a common load. Regards, Murph
Finn
Here is another pic of something big, bulky and white: EA-7L Pod Jari
niki4703
Thanks guys! That certainly helped a bit, having previously nothing to hang on to. Never thought that photos of these AN/ ALQ devices were so hard to come by... (e.g. ALQ 186) Cheers! Niki
