dragonfly
This kit was built out of the box with the addition of the optional detail set. The flight deck was made from stir sticks. Thanks goes to Tamiya for a very well engineered kit. Jerry
Grant Lehman
That looks very nice.... I have this kit in my stash to do... I hope it turns out half as good....
Bill B
Excellent finish and the pilot figure is very good. any chance you could show a pic of the decking? how did you cut the sticks straight without splits? and what stops them from warping (I am intrigued...) Quailane
Oh my. If I had to guess I would have said it looked 1/32 or 1/24, not 1/48! Excellent work there.
toniosky
Holy guacamole ! Very nice job !!! More pics plzzzzz
Unit19
Very nice, clean looking build and the photos are excellent as well. I like how you have obtained a smooth paint surface. Many posted models seem to have loads of dust embedded in the paint surface. Do you take any special precautions to prevent this?
Pep
Really nicely done! I agree about the paint that looks silky smooth, did you buff it down or something? I just wish tamiya would get their act together and produce some better quality decals look how think those are. I just had to trash the one on my 72 corsair couse they looked like vinal stickers!
