Are you asking what the colors are, or are you asking what color scheme people would like to see? Been to this site? http://policecarwebsite.net/fc/statepdcars/alabama.html

Joseph Osborn
You can get the color-matched silver and blue paints from Scalefinishes. There are some stealthy Chargers in the AL state trooper fleet, too; unmarked cars in white, silver, and gray. I prefer the fully-marked cars, though, and I want to build one some day and add blue LED lights all over it :D

Just found their site, this is it? http://scalefinishes.com/ Some of the OEM color stuff has me interested in trying it. Noticed tho to keep with the topic, They wrote Alabama as light gray, Wonder if their paint is silver and not gray. Edited January 16, 2012 by Wayne S
Joseph Osborn
Noticed tho to keep with the topic, They wrote Alabama as light gray, Wonder if their paint is silver and not gray. The actual color is a metallic gray (think Confederate), but depending on the light it can look either gray or silver. I don't know if the colot is exactly the same between the Chargers and the Vickies, though; the Chargers seem to be brighter to me. When you look at the Scalefinishes.com website, there's a Fotki gadget at the top showing pictures of models; just click on one and you'll get into the gallery. I have not ordered any paint just yet (my car projects keep getting pushed back) but everyone who's ever commented on the quality of the paint gives it a thumbs-up. Wayne S
Picture having a State police car from every State, that would be a cool collection. Hmm how much space would that take up in 1/24 scale. Edited January 26, 2012 by Wayne S
