JohnS
I'm currently looking for ways of attaching PE curved canopy frame & rear view mirror parts to the inside of an F-14 clear canopy. Needless to say, I don't want to use CA glue of other types of glue that could damage the canopy. What method for attaching PE parts has worked best for you? Thx! scotthldr
I use Formula 500 canopy glue, it's PVA based so won't damage the transparencies, it dries clear and flexible so you have a little bit of play if the delicate etch parts get knocked, oh and it's strong. nerdling
While I haven't used it yet I hear that Gator's grip hobby glue works really well also.
toadwbg
Superglue mirrors to thin piece of tape cut and colored to match canopy frame. Apply.
Sulaco
Anybody ever tried Microscale "Micro Metal Foil Adhesive" for attaching PE parts?
