dai phan
Hi all, Last night I used Mr. Color for the first time and I really like the paint. However using its thinner to clean the AB is hardly economical. The thinner smells pretty like acetone and I would like to know what you use to clean the AB after use? Regular thinner, acetone? Thanks Dai
dnl42
Hardware store lacquer thinner is best for cleaning your airbrush.

I have been using Vallejo acrylics so I go through bottles and bottles of alcohol in a short time. Now I start using Mr Color so I need to order some of these. The reviews are pretty good. Dai While this stuff will certainly clean your airbrush of Mr Color paints, it is rather more expensive than plain old hardware store lacquer thinner. Mr. Tool cleaner goes anywhere from $8 to $18 for a 400ml bottle. Home Depot sells a one gallon container of lacquer thinner for about $14. I rest my case.

Can't seem to be reasonable to buy 18 bucks per 400 ml to clean AB. Thanks! Dai
