Flying Leathernecks Decals FL18001 Big Scale Harriers (1/18th for the Hobbyboss kit)

This sheet, along with FL48024 Leatherneck Legacy Hornets II, will be going to print soon. We hope to have them back from Microscale sometime in October.

 

Sheet is 8.5 x 11 inches and features 10 options covering F/A-18A++, F/A-18C, F/A-18C+, F/A-18D and F/A-18D ATARS aircraft. Sized to fit the Hasegawa kit.

Interestingly enough, one of these very planes visited my home last Weds. However, it has a different serial number. Is there an error?

 

 

To any extent, I'd love to buy one of these sheets if you do a 1/72. I am happy you are out there making decals for Marine aviation, I bought all of your stuff in Omaha last year and a few 3D printed things this year in San Marcos.

 

Do you ever do custom decals or requests?

  Not an error. Two different Hornets at different times. If I do any of these markings on a 72nd scale sheet, they'll be mixed up with other airframes. I can take requests for options to put on a sheet, but I no longer do custom decal art, sorry.

FL48023 is in stock and shipping. This sheet is only sized for Hasegawa

 

FL48024 (Hasegawa and Kinetic) and FL48027 (Hasegawa) will be going to print next week.

 

FL48028 will be sent to print in September. This sheet is only sized for Hasegawa

 

Leatherneck Legacy Hornets parts V and VI will be sized to fit both kits. Artwork for these two sheets are still in progress with options being determined.

Yes, FL32006 will be a second Harrier sheet and FL32007 will be the maintenance data sheet.

For those looking for decals for your 18th scale II Plus, this is the first of two, possibly three sheets we may have coming this winter. Sheet FL18002 will be full maintenance data. IF both sheets are relatively successful, a second sheet of squadron markings will be considered (sheet FL18003). 

 

In addition to the decals, we will have more items available for the kit in the resin line. 

 

We currently have pylons available, as well as LAU-7 launchers. Exhausts, exterior details and an ejection seat are being designed as well. 

 

Sheet will be limited to 250 and will be on pre-order soon.
