If your looking at building the old 1/72 Revell kit of the prototype I should point out that Revell will be releasing a new toold production version later this year, so it might be worth waiting for that one if you want an NH-90

It´s not a new mould. Will be the old kit with new markings. Their 1/72 Tiger will be a new mould indeed.

Admittedly the word I have heard been used is updated, rather than new tooled. Surely there are plenty of changes been made between the early prototypes and the production variants, new decals certainly isn't enough to cover such changes!

found this link, many nice view of the cockpit detail.

http://military.china.com/zh_cn/important/...1/13308097.html

The photos are indeed nice. Unfortunately they are of a prototype modified as a mock-up for marketing purposes. Compared (from memory) with the series TTH-version (and most likely NFH also) at least the following items are more or less different:

-Shape of the glareshield

-Cockpit doors (frames of the transparency and the bad weather window)

-Side walls

-Seats (could be pretty close to the unarmored seats of NFH, though)

-Cyclic stick

-Centre Console and Overhead control panel lack many items. Location of different items vary between different nations' versions

-Windscreen wipers

-Troop seats

-Cabin floor

-Cabin ceiling

-Handles next to the sliding door

-Heavy store carriers

-Pitot tubes

-Shape of different blisters in the nose

-APU exhaust

-Avionic bay air inlets

-Cable cutters

-maintenance steps

-Beanie hat

So basically, just about all the details are unique for this specific aircraft.

I am sorry for this post not being of very constructive nature . Perhaps late this year a serial version airframe in Germany, Finland or Greece will be presented for public display and a good walk-around will become available.

For the moment, the photos dubbed TTH 98+80 in this site, although representing the PT4 prototype, are the closest to a production configuration of the TTH. Some items are still missing (the anti ice metal mesh screens in front of the air intakes, as an example), but it's pretty close.

See the first photo on this page

http://www.nhindustries.com/site/FO/script...ue=1&affiche=1#

for additional details such as mesh screens, wire cutters etc.
