Hi aminx the Tamiya German Grey and the Humbrol Panzer Grey are the same colours.

Some Kubel's were painted in Luftwaffe sand or Italian Sand or the proper Afrika Korps colours of Afrika Korps Tan Yellow RAL 8020 or Afrika Korps Sand Grey RAL 7027. Hope this helps. BUT if you're doing one from the campaign in Europe then it would be the Standard Panzer Grey, or the mid-to-late War three tone camouflage of Red Brown, Olive Green and Dunkelgelb.

Thanx Hal. What colour did you use for the upper services? RAF green or USAAF Medium Green?

Hi guys. I'm building this P-47D, and I'm confused. I read somewhere that this aircraft was painted RAF Dark Green on the upper surfaces and NM on the under side. Then i read another book that said it was USAAF Medium Green and RAF Sky. I'm so confused guys. Can you help, please?
