  1. Prometheus will have a sequel, ttle "PARADISE" read here: LINK the closing phrase explain all: PARADISE is set for release 2015. May god have mercy on us all.
  2. Found yesterday a translation for the trailer speech.. too much nice fake trailer. Charlize Theron, the stupid woman that run only in straight line the inconsistent byologist (..) that fall in love with a truly dangerous alien snake. Not to forget the Bald Albino and the "super ******" They have truly exposed all the Promy flaws in 3 minutes.
  3. Please give a look at this video parody...
  4. SCOOP! Looking inside the Director's cuts from Prometheus there is a little scene about the emotional training of the android David: This is the scoop: David's training include scale modelling!!!
  5. I agree, there is a new trend in Hollywood: the competition's name is "How can I ruin a movie originally turned out horrid by itself?"
  6. Judging by this image from the trailer: this movie look like as "a bit" based on a heavy use of the Computer Graphics.
  7. I have an old F-104 Monogram available, not problems for the canopy.
  8. Not problems, the tail is repaired: This afternoon tested to repair the crack using blobs of paint as filler but do not work because are required too much levels of paints. Will try to use a little of filler.
  9. Today sprayed the free zones with Gunze H-306 FS36320 BUT, something is happened. the model is fallen on the ground: The tail came off bad The canopy is gone broken in several parts: Global disaster Now will follow some sessions of surgery.
  10. Today sprayed on the "Tiger Zone" a layer of Future mixed with Gunze Clear. The purpose? To seal the black tiger stripes from further damages. At the end, as the mix gunze/H30 dry fast removed the tape. The underbelly: Next step, the camo on the middle/front zone. Possibly without to destroy the "Tiger Zone"
  11. I think more to an Italian F-104, but it's all a matter of decals availability, not check even what I have in house currently. Today done the black tiger stripes: (NOTE: to me they look like tiger stripes, maybe someone other will see in that stripes only a bunch of black nonsense stripes, it's all a matter of point of view) For first step used an UNIPOSCA brand fine marker, it's filled with WATER PAINT. Used the UNIPOSCA marker to draw freehand the outline of the tiger stripes. this is the job done with the paint marker: BELOW UPPER Completed this phase, as the paint marker co
  12. This afternoon begin to paint (for the second time) the F-104 Delta. before of to go forward I need to explain what I'm doing... As I decided to restart this project the past month, I was totally blocked, as not one of the camo there was in my mind was of my satisfaction. But, MIRACLE: the past month is arrived to me the July issue of MODEL AIRPLANE INTERNATIONAL. Inside it there is the article wrote from JOHN WILKES about how it build a 1/48 LYNX in the TIGER MEET SCHEME. This is WHAT I NEED. A never considered scheme! Colorful, unusual, and relatively easy. Today afternoon made t
  13. Good! The wings look like only a bit enlarged, the big changes are in the fuselage's lenght and front shape.
  14. I love to be honest (beautiful phrase, look real :gr_devil: ) the f-104 with two engines original concept was seen by me inside another forum (SECRETS PROJECTS, I think) But think that the original concept for a two engines F-104 was developed from someone working for the TAIWAN AIR FORCE. Here below there is a diagram where there are some concept/ideas for give to the Taiwan AF a modern fighter: As you can see in the beginning they think to upgrade the F-104 in some stages, the my whatif is a free variant of the last shape in the diagram, that marked "XX-201" The original design forese
  15. OK: closed the project where I built the hybrid "Phantom/F-15" it's time to close the F-104 twin engine project. After to have slowly corrected the front part where the delta connects with the radome, yesterday sprayed a little layer of Tamiya Liquid surface Primer white this time thinned with Tamiya's own Enamel Thinner. The result of the spray session was awful: in some parts of the kit covered with the Tamiya Primer this product has done unwanted lumps making so the surface coarse, not everywhere but here and there. Surely the Primer is arrived almost DRY on the surface, Or I did use t
  16. Excuse me for the misunderstanding, I was speaking exactly of AILERONS, I did used wrong terms However, enlarging the image where there are depicted all those pieces of copper color, on the extreme left side at mid height there is a typical F-4C/D front nosewheel panel, the kind with the two rectangular lights. This should be the proof of a future development.
  17. I do not wish to publish here the enlargements made to the photos posted into the MMZ forum because they have done a so big effort to protect the images that I don't wish made upset someone. Hovewer look at the image upper the missiles: I speak of the photo where there are a lot of copper colored pieces, in the lower right corner there is a two piece mould for a VULCAN POD.
  18. What do you see?? I have downloaded the photos (FIDDLER...) and done a close look at some parts enlarged of the images. This is what I have seen: The Academy F-4B will have the external slats separated from the wings: OK! a lot better than Hasegawa. There will be a Vulcan pod The Airbrakes have internal details not only a 70's shaved look. The arresting hook appear more robust than the nail shaped hook present in the Hasegawa Phantom. In the front lower part where there is the front gear bay I see holes: there will be poseable grilles??? I don't see detail for the interior.... it's a
  19. OK it's not a reprint of the ESCI....
  20. Thanks  I forgot to show the homemade air intake's covers: They are made with a shaped piece of plasticard; the handles are... a pair of STAPLES, perfectly in scale! A front view: A detailed view of the rear: Front, detailed view:
  21. I put on internet the my models because when the my cats destroy all the my "creations" at least remain a proof of the my job!!!!!
  22. I admit: the S.E.A. camo applied on the my Strange Phantom do well the his job. Probably with another camo (see the first, desert version) the result could have been less convincing.
  23. STOP, I close here with this project. I'm not satisfied by some points but this is the level of modelling that I can afford at the present. I have seen in this forum superb models, I can reach this level of quality, maybe one day I will do more. Or maybe not. This afternoon I did this last photos.
