  2. Microscale did a large line of helicopter decals in 1/72, 1/48 and 1/32 which I sent the CEO pictures and item numbers of various past decals in said scales. He informed me that they will be going through the archives next week. I offered to help with some research and he has asked me to find out what you guys would like to see and in what scale. So, if anyone has any pictures of what they would like, please e-them to me and I will forward them on your behalf. So let me know what you would like to see and provide images if possible.   3. Hey Gang, I've been corresponding with the presidant and CEO of Microscale regarding helicopter decals. For some reason, his research team has left out helicopters. He agreed with me that there needs to be some helicopters. He didn't seem to be aware of the line of helicopters that Microscale once produced because he said that he would have to check the archives. I told hime the best I could of many of the decals and types. This is were I could use your help gang. If you could help me by rpoviding scans, photos and item numbers of the various helicopter decals that microscale produce
  4. Hey guys, Thanks for all the help. I'm sure I speak for many of us when I say I miss the line of Microscale helicopter decals. Now if we can get Joseph to duplicate their whole line. :D Trust me when I say the desk models need lots of help. They are very plain and I have to do alot, and I do mean a lot of work to help them.   6. O.k., o.k. Those who know me as a civilian model builder are wondering why am I asking about military helos. I've been somewhat converted to olive green. I'm doing some desk models. So this is why. Love the Huey!!! 1.) I'm trying to find the other logo of the 116th AHC hornet/wasp. It's the one used on the 1/32 Revell Huey UH-1D and Panda Huey UH-1D.   8. Where can I find detailed photos of vietnam era UH-1Ds/Hs that clearly show the marking/text on the doors, fuslage, etc. ? I am looking to make a set of my own Huey decals. I'm also looking for 1x or 2x 1/32 M-60's. Anyone have any extras? I'm still looking for extra 1/32 Revell Huey decals. TIA John

  17. I beleive you are correct on that. N233JP as the fast fin on it's tail. LVMPD Air Unit Photo Gallery It appears N91JK went through the same modification. N91JK-1 N91JK Before N91JK-2 They are still listed as HH-1H's. Aren't the Huey II's also considered upgraded/modified existing Hueys? Regards, John
  18. Hey Everyone. Thanks for the help. This is going to be fun! I saw that the LSMPD had revamed their Huey's since 06'. They no longer have the domes above or belove the airframe. Also, they reversed sides of their tail rotor. there are several photos on flicker

  22. I'm trying to find a photo of the logo on the tailboom of this UH-1H. I want to make a set of decals for one of my Huey desk models in order to get working on the artwork. Any help or additional help with photos would be appreceated. I would like to get a good look at the rescue hoist. Also, can anyone tell me what color grey that is? NOTE: There is no copyright on this image. It is public domain. Source of photo will comfirm. Thanks in advance. John
