  1. I can not wait, my all time favorite propeller aircraft.
  2. Thanks for the help. I knew asking this here I would get great information.
  3. Not being familiar with F-16's, what 1/48 scale F-16 would be best to use for Daco's Tiger Meet 98 decals? I am really looking for the best bang for the buck kit. I'm not into shape issues, if it looks like a F-16, that is good enough for me. Thanks for the help.
  4. Has anyone ever ordered from them? Are they still in business, looks like their website has no been updated in a while. I want to order some propellers from them.
  5. Belcher Bits makes one for a TBM-3E and AS-3. The canopy is longer and covers the ball turret. Here is a link to the conversion: http://www.belcherbits.com/lines/148conv/bb4.htm Here is a link to the instructions: http://www.belcherbits.com/images/148conv/bb4inst.pdf I don't know if this will help.

    1/48 B-29 props

I have an older version of the RM 1/48 B-29; it comes with the cuffed props and want to build it with the uncuffed props. I know the newer boxing of the kit comes with the uncuffed props. Does anyone know of any AM manufacturer of the uncuffed props? Thanks.
  8. Thanks for those photos. I have never seen those before.
  9. I am working on the Blue Angels' Bearcat Beetle Bomb and was wondering; would a Blue Angels Bearcat have a gunsight mounted or not? I'm thinking no but thought I would ask what others think. Thanks for the help.
  10. I think I have a set from the Hobbycraft kit. I just have to check and see.

    F8F-1 Bearcat

Just a quick question, I am working on Trumpter's F8F-1. I am going to do it as The Blue Angels' Beetle Bomb. Which crankcase would be correct, the flat one or the more rounded one? Seems I can't find any pictures of the crankcase. Thanks, Richard
  13. Looks great. I always liked the sound of the saying "The aircraft with two turnin' and one burnin'." One of my favorites, right behind the S2F family.
  14. I am really liking these. I'm working on an F7F right now using his resin tank. I like the different schemes. Looks like I'll need to ge a few sets.
  15. I don't know if this will help you: http://www.primeportal.net/hangar/isaac_gershman/md-500/ Has a lot of MD500 pictures. Edit: Sorry, didn't see you had prime portal listed.
  16. Not sure if this was posted here already, but I saw this on Hyperscale: http://www.asb.tv/videos/view.php?v=b222a7...n=April%20Email Cool video if you like the Blue Angels and Bearcats.
  17. Title says it all. Thanks

    Dear Mr. Song...

A 1/48 scale S2F Tracker, WF-1 Tracer, C-1A COD. Yeah, yeah; I know someone said they were going to produce one, but I have yet to see it.
  19. How about: CH-37 Mojave SH-2 Seasprite
  20. Here is what the girls do at my school. They arrive in normal clothes. Proceed directly to the the girls lavatory and change into clothing that just about passes the school's dress code.
  21. Hi all, After a few years off from model building I decided I want to build a few helis. I know nothing about them, but the people in this forum build great looking helicopters. I have an Italeri AH-1W(1/48 scale) with the Cobra Company upgrade set that has been in the stash for more than a few years. Well, I fianlly decided it was time to build it. From looking through ARC I see the the main rotor is upside down(rotates the wrong way) and the end are the wrong shape. The upside down thing is an easy fix. Does anyone have any measurements for correcting the ends of the main rotor? Also
  22. Holmes, Thanks for looking, but I ordered one last night. Arkhunter, thanks for the info, I looked on their site before an came up empty. Once again thanks for the help.
  23. For all you IDF MD 500 Defender fans here is a link to some photos. I don't know if this was posted before, so sorry if it was. http://www.primeportal.net/hangar/isaac_gershman/md-500/ Now if only I could find myself a 1/35 IDF MD 500 Defender.
  24. I would like to see 1/48 S2F Tracker, C-1A COD and WF-1 Tracer. I think these would sell due to the amount of countries that operated them(at least the S2F would), plus all the companies that use them now a fire-bombers. As you can see I'm a little biased toward the Tracker family. I got the chance to be in a C-1A few years back when they were doing an engine run up. Oh the sound of those round motors.
