Hi all, here is my 1/72 Revell BONE build in progress. I have done some scratch building on Main Wheel Bay and the Bomb Bays. Started this project a month ago and I hope I can finish it some time later... I did away all the raised panel lines and rebuilt them with 0.15 Tamiya panel engraver. Then added rivets to the panel line. Cut out the original bomb bay for scratch built bomb bay Used reference pix and blueprints found on the web as well as Willy Peeters' B-1B book to scratch build bomb bay and main wheel bay.

This build started with good intentions but things started to go south but I pressed on. Vallejo Air paint and Eurodecals. Great detail in some areas, crap in others. Thank you for having a look. Craig

Hello! This is another one I built. The F-4B Phantom from Hasegawa in 1:72 scale. I used the zoom photo etched set from Eduard for the cockpit plus some scratch building for the side consoles and the back of the front seat. The ejection seats are from Quickboost and are those for The F-8 Crusader. I think early Phantoms had these seats instead the Martin Baker MK-7 they had later. The exhausts are resin items from Aires. The decals are from PrintScale which are very delicate and need fast and determined application because they can fold easily. I used the decals for the VF-21 “Freelancers” 102

I have just received the brand new Eduard MiG-21MF in 1:72. Here's a link to my in-box review for those interested: https://vvsmodelling.com/2018/04/09/eduard-172-mig-21mf-library-edition/ I'll probably also start with the build along with the Mirage 4000.

Hi everyone! Here's my first finished build of 2018. Yeah, I'd normally have 3 or 4 finished by now, but life got in a way a bit :D Here's the link to the in-progress thread: More about the model and full gallery at my blog: https://vvsmodelling.com/2018/03/25/yakovlev-yak-130-mitten/

Hi everyone! New project on the bench - Zvezda's 1:72 Yak-130. I wanted to build a model of this aircraft since I first saw it at MAKS, and luckily Zvezda fulfilled my wish. Inspecting the instructions, one can see that the construction starts with the rear of the aircraft and it's quite complicated - at least on paper. On the other hand, the complex break down ensures the correct shapes of the full length jet intakes among other things. Double S-curvature of the intakes (vertical and lateral) is faithfully reproduced along with the turbine blades. I have only fill

Hi everyone! I have this little shelf queen that for no apparent reason became one at the beginning of the year. I wanted to build Su-30M2, but upon just closing the fuselage halves, seeing all the Trump's mistakes, I lost all the mojo. I am resurrecting her now for this GB. In the past few days, I've attached the intakes, the nose, started puttying, sanding and rescribing lost details. The work I hate the most. Oh and I've started working on cockpit. And this little man, which will look much better after he'll receive some flat coating. The figure comes from a Zve
