question about EA6A ?

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

just two quick questions about this special bird.....:

first, what are those containers fixed on the folded wings ?

second, in the cockpit...any differences between the A6A or E an EA6A ?

talk about him as i receive the old Revell box at 1/48 in gift..... :D

Thanks in advance !

thanks skull, i just have a pic showing it attached on the wing, but on the model there is an opening on the back.....making a gap with nothing inside.......nobody knows about a pic ?

I'm not sure EXACTLY what you're referring to, so I'll take a guess.

Is the pod on the outside wing station in this picture close to what you have, and is the opening indicated by the arrow something like what you're asking about?

Are you asking about the pods on the folded wings as seen in this image?

Those are ALE-41 Chaff pods. They used rolled chaff.

Edit: whoops, should have read the whole thread first, this question was already answered.
