Andre
What kind of D/L pod were those jets carrying for the GBU-15? AFAIK, as with all GBU-15 usage I'm aware of, the AN/AXQ-14. HTH, Andre
mungo1974
Holy thread revival.... So i'm looking to load some GBU-15's on a F-4E,all the images in this thread show a single weapon loaded. Was this common practice with USAF ARN-101 F-4E's or could i load two and it still be realistic? There's many images outthere of Israeli Kurness & Turkish 2020 jet's toting 2 AGM-142's plus data link on C/L...so i'm guessing the old girl is more than capable of dragging 2 GBU-15's into the sky. What do you guys think? Gary
Finn
Two GBU-15s could be loaded no problem, the reason you only see one is during peacetime it would be too expensive to drop 2 of them. edit: check the 1:15 mark here to see 2 loaded on a F-4E: Jari Edited January 1, 2015 by Finn
