Red Dog Posted September 3, 2009 Share Posted September 3, 2009 Hi gents I'm refurbishing an old TA-4J to a VT-7 bird in 1/32. Unfortunately I just realised there is a deep scratch into one side of the dual seat canopy. Any one knows if there's a replacement available from a third party (I guess not) Or if any one of you has one clear canopy that you can part with even painted, i'll be happy to provide a good home. I do have the OA4M instructions, but the canopy isn't the same Any one can look up on a 1/32 TA-4J instruction for the dual seat canopy? Or a spare, or a homemade one ? It's kit number s24:3200. The canopy is part number F2. I'm saving it for when someone comes out with some of the same decals now available in 1/48 scale (hint). I tried to sand donw the scratches but of course the canopy craked in the process... Does anyone have a contact by hasegawa to get spares? Or is there anyone willing to make a vacu form copy for me? I have wait 6 weeks and the new Canopy was by me, Faller is the Europe Service for Hasegawa, the canopy coast 4 Euro.
