... with just a hint of green (optional, depending on which plant made the aircraft you're modelling). And if you use ink instead of paint, it will flow easier and self-shade by gathering in the crevices.

Interesting. What factories/manufacturers should have a hint of green ?

Gregg Cooper did what I thought was a great job on the interior of a Nell in his comprehensive build article on Hyperscale. (One of the best pieces over at HS, I think, and a model for the best build-log or "step-by-step" articles on the web). His finished product might be a bit too technicolor or comic-bookish for some, but I imagine the techniques could be toned down a bit to taste.
