petebuilt
Hi Alexander, I don't think it will be anywhere close to being a 'stunner'. It will probably look more like it was hit by a stun gun! I have quite a ways to go on it yet. Adding your missiles to my F-14 might be like putting "lipstick on a pig". Zactoman
Since I didn't make them, I can brag about them. Yes, the Sidewinders are awesome! I've commented that Alexander's skills are improving with each new item he creates, but to be honest, it don't get no better! His first Zactomodels missile pattern, the R-60/AA-8 Aphid is just as nice as the Sidewinders, as are the Archers and Alamos. I can't wait to see the AIM-9X! Mad skillz... As for the missile, well, it would be an icing on the cake. Cheers and happy modeling! Alexander

Thanks for nice words, but the feeling is mutual and even more I have to say that I take a back seat for you. Your bar is too high for me to reach it. The things you do is what I'm always to aspire. signals
Chris Any plans on making AIM-9's without the rollers on on fins...(training rounds), kinda like: http://i1217.photobucket.com/albums/dd399/najamkhan/F-16_bk52_c_amraam.jpg
Zactoman
Any plans on making AIM-9's without the rollers on on fins...(training rounds), kinda like: http://i1217.photobucket.com/albums/dd399/najamkhan/F-16_bk52_c_amraam.jpg I hadn't really even considered it.I'll consider it but have too many other hot projects on my bench right now. In the mean time, it doesn't look like it would be too difficult to just file away the raised details and fill the recesses in those areas.
strikeeagle801
Any plans for AIM-120's at some point? I'm sorry, but when you've got an F-15E to load for bear, putting your AIM-9's on one side of a dual LAU-128 and a kit AMRAAM on the other, is like putting the proverbial lipstick on the pig. Your missiles put to shame any kit missile I can think of. It'd be great to have some super-detailed, resin AIM-120's to go along with the AIM-9's for all of our modern US/NATO projects.
