Loach Driver
Here is a good photo of the detail on the nose of the OH-58F CASUP. http://www.army.mil/article/90293/Improved_Kiowa_Warrior_helicopter_ready_for_test/ LD.
Loach Driver
Here is a link to four photos of a civilian-registered OH-58F CASUP test ship. I thought this particular version of the OH-58F was being developed solely by the Army but it looks like Bell are involved with this version too. I reckon this, or the Block II OH-58F, will be the Army's scout helicopter for the next twenty years. I can't see a new airframe being purchased given the current defence cuts. http://www.airport-data.com/aircraft/N158AB.html LD. K5054NZ
I don't know what version of the OH-58F has already been flying. LD. This is from the second link: "The newly updated Kiowa Warrior aircraft, the OH-58F, made a ceremonial "first flight," April 30, at Redstone Arsenal, Ala."
