Sharksteve
Hi folks, that is my second airliner build, it is a Minicraft 777 with F-Decal Decals. The decals where very good, a mix of silk and laser decals in one set. Colors are revel aqua colors that I airbrushed. The aqua colors have no scent, no toxic fumes or anything, that is why I use them. The blues are mixtures of blue, white green and yellow. The grey is a mix of black and white. I mixed the colors by trial and error, tested them on a piece of white cardboard. The glass part of the kit was used, I masked the windows to keep them clear, and used aluminum color to paint the frames. I like clear windows. The kit was built out of the box (other then the decals), I used some plastic card and liquid clear for things like beacons, antennae etc... I hope you like it. TheFlyingDutchman
Wow, that is beautiful! The weathering is very heavy and may look overdone to some but I really like it. Makes me want to build this kit too!
