MoFo
I'm trying to find decent references on early British AAMs, but coming up alarmingly short. Are there any decent reference books or websites with good walkarounds out there? Especially walkarounds. Need reference pics of fine details. ChippyWho
How 'early' do you need? I picked up a very useful book in a charity store (often a good source!) a while back: An Illustrated Guide To Modern Airborne Missiles by the late Bill Gunston (Salamander, 1983, ISBN 0 86101 160 0). This is not the most up-to-date, of course, and primarily reflects 1980s thinking. It does go back to the Firestreak, although photos in most cases are secondary to tech specs and historical text. There may be better options out there... Edited January 6, 2014 by ChippyWho
Ryan Hothersall
I think the fireflash is earlier than firestreak. My link
MoFo
Firestreak, Red Top, and other developments thereabouts. So, sort of 60's era missiles.

MoFo
Thanks. I'm hoping to find some scale drawings (at best) or a good walkaround (at least) though, so that's not quite what I'm after.

MoFo
Bump. Still looking, particularly for good, high-res walkaround detail photos. C'mon, there has to be SOMETHING out there.
