Other the the drop tanks, what would be a good load for the other pylons? I figured they weren't bombed up a lot.

Since they were mainly used for training, I'd try and find some bombs from something like a 1/100 scale kit that could be fashioned to look like blue whistler 25lb practice bombs to carry on MERs or TERs.

Other than that, I can't really suggest anything else

The same exact load you'd put on the D-models apply to the K-models, too. They flew regular training sorties in the lines each day alongside their single-seater cousins.
