nicholassagan
This was a pretty fast build. I decided to go with a more classic look, Haze Gray, rather than the TFA white on black look. Here are some studio shots....home sick all week so I didn't have the energy to setup the full booth. I'd like to retake someday...but for now: Edited March 16, 2016 by nicholassagan
Andrew D. the Jolly Rogers guy
Very nice! For the record, what are the differences between a Classic TIE and a First Order TIE? At a glance I'm thinking the cannon, the antenna, the vertical versus horizontal arrangement of the engine exhausts, and something about the wing attachment assemblies? nicholassagan
That's about it...the interior is way different and the wings are a little smaller, too.
FlyAndFight
Very cool! I have a pair of these to build as well. Not to be too picky, but I think that the wing panels were off-white in color. Great looking TIE fighter build, regardless!
nicholassagan
I know, I wanted to do a classic scheme on this one :)
Don
First Order Tie's also have shields whereas Imperial Tie's had none. Great looking Tie fighter model! Love the classic colors on the FO Tie . Don.
