Ranger_Chris61
So after a very long time we are looking again at another one of Lindberg's model kits with their B-58 Hustler kit in 1/128th scale.
southwestforests
Ah, it really is the 1/64 kit at half size; had wondered about that. And, actually, I liked the crew guys, nicely done G-suit, or was it partial pressure suit, detailing on their arms and legs.
Charlie D.
I might get one, decal sheet looks nice and it’s close enough to 1/144 for me!
Drifterdon
I built this kit as a kid and loved it. Retractable landing gear, engines that can be shown and removed, movable control surfaces, opening canopies. Everything a 10 year old would want in a model. As far as close enough for I/144, Academy/Minicraft made a B-58 in 1/144 scale and it looks awesome. They pop up on the bay every so often. Caracal was supposed to scale down his 1/48, 1/72 B-58 decals in 1/144. Thanks for the review of this old classic. Might have to grab one just for nostalgia sake.
