Which is the best f 111 aardvark kit

Is the Academy FB-111 pretty much the same kit as there F-111C. Are they both long wings?

Pretty much. However, the F-111C had Triple Plow I (TP I) inlets while the FB-111 (aside from the first two) had TP II inlets. That said, none of the TP II inlets on either of the kits are accurate.

Thanks Jim, I am going to be building an F-111B  using the Academy FB-111 and the CAT4 detail sets that I just got so CAT4 should help to fix the intake problem.

I bought the OzMods gear bay / intake set but decided not to use it.

I think Reskit intend bring one out at some point.
