joachim
Hi Mig friends, I started last weekend with 2 kits for this group build and hopefully more is comming after that. First i started my KP Mig-21mf: Painted the Pavla resin cp and put everything already (well almost) together and its waiting for the big paint job. Second bird; ICM 1/72 Mig-29 (9-13) Ukrainian "Meastro". Worked on the resin Pavla cp tub (is really for other kit mould) and painting it and also i'm bussy with painting the seat. Photo's will come later (this time really i hope) Joachim

How does it compare, accuracy-wise, to the Italeri kit? TIA!
joachim
I don't have the Italeri kit, so i can't compare. I believe it's acurate. But the detail is not so great. fitting is so so. You have to work on it but i have trust in it that when i'm finnisched, it's going to be a nice Fulcrum. It's deff not the worst Mig-29 kit on the market and the price is good. And the decal option is GREAT. Sorry i'm not a pro-modeller like you all guys, so someone else can tell you more.(here, i hope) I hope i have some time tonight or tomorow morning to post some pics. Backfire
Joachim, how does the KP kit compare to the Fujimi MiG-21 MF kit? I would also like to build a UkrAF MiG-21 in the future; is the KP kit more accurate for a UkrAF MiG-21 bis version? BTW, great work so far! Thanks. Mandrake
how does the KP kit compare to the Fujimi MiG-21 MF kit? Well the KP kit is a Mig-21MF rather than a Mig-21bis, so thats a start!

What are the big differents between the two? I was hoping you could tell me, I haven't built either one. :D To be honest all the different versions of the MiG-21 confuse me... AFAIK the Fujimi is labelled as a MiG-21 MF but is actually a bis... Look forward to seeing your finished kits! Keith
