That is a Ju 87D-3 from NSGr 9. In the book JV44 The Galland Circus, the pic is from Innsbruck-Hotting May 1-5 1945... In another pic in the book, there's a Me 262 sittting just a few feet away, maybe I put this 262 on the diorama too...

With good informations on hands, is time to work :woot.gif:

I´m going to star to the funny part, the barn, so today I draw a little plans on Corel Draw and starts to build.

I make some strips from 1/32 scrap balsa, and with ciano, started the construction.

By de pics I dd some scale down to size, it is not exactly, but is but closer to the real

Some pics:

The tiles I made with a a help of my friend Reducino, with aluminum foil for cooking and some needles.

I just glued the needles side by side and then press the foil to ge the "corrugated" format.

The result looks good. On the outside I paint on rust, and Inside with withe aluminum.

Very Nice!

Great work. Can't wait to see the finished product. That's a neat trick with the nails and foil to make the corregated roof.

Someday i might try to make a dio... maybe....

Morning guys,

Today I started the build, not too much work, I´m without inspiration today

The kit is an Eduard J-87D - #4416

The kit tree:

And here the fuselage, the canopy is closed, so any interior details are on the kit.

So I open it with an Dremel and some sandpaper:

With a plasticard (0.5mm) I did the cockpit floor and add the panel, the seat are from dentist resin, and the rear seat are from plasticard too.

Lucas,

It's looking great! You mentioned another picture of this particular scene showing the Me 262. As I was thumbing through some books I came across the picture! Great looking scene! All that aside, the work is looking great!

Yes ! A couple of books have some pics about this scene, this pics shows two Me-262 on that place...

In the book JV44 The Galland Circus, the pic is from Innsbruck-Hotting May 1-5 1945... In another pic in the book, there's a Me 262 sittting just a few feet away...
