MarkoZG
Hi! I remember once seeing a web-page where someone explained in detail what is wrong with Monogram's F-16XL kit in 1/72nd and put a drawing of all the modifications needed. It was clearly shown where to make cuts, what should be lenghtened etc. Now, when I finally got one such kit, I cannot find that web-page anymore. I think it was a U.S. page, but I am not sure if it was of some IPMS branch or something else. Can anybody help me find it again? Thanks!
ST0RM
There was a Fince Scale Modeller article on the subject, complete with plans or drawings. Hey, I just did a search and the 1984 IPMS Quarterly had the article you are after. -Jeff

niki4703
Sorry for digging this one up again, but I thought it'd be better than starting an entirely new topic for the same issue... So, here I am finally having managed to obtain the Monogram kit and already conducted a bit of research on the subject. Thanks to those who have pointed to the Fall 1984 issue of the IPMS magazine! And here is my humble request: can anybody share a scan or point towards a link showing page 6 (second page of the F-16XL article)? None of the links in this topic unfortunately do help (there's just a thumbnail left at the original Habu2 archive and the photo.me.ru link doesn't work :( Not sure how much one loses by not having page 6 on hand, but it would be nice to be able to read what it says. Cheers, Niki
