Thanks but I need 1/144 -
hey dudes I'm currently building a Welsh Models MD-11 in 1/144, but the kit's tires are not what I'd like. I plan to use the tires from a Revell A340, apparently they're thr correct size. However, I'm also building a DC-10-30 and I'm trying to leave them at the same level of quality. Therefore I'm in need of tires, 10 of them, from any A330/340/380 from Revell in 1/144 that was either built as in-flight or trashed. Can anybody help me? Thank you

Hi People. Long time no see. i'm currently simulbuilding - well, building one and overhauling the other - both an Airfix DC-10 and a Welsh MD-11. The -10 I built several years ago, giving it a major upgrade, will end up same FedEx livery. Upgrades include Contrails Model's engines for the DC-10, copy thr nose from the MD-11 to use in the DC-10, fairing corrections, some scribimg and Contrails Models metal landing gear for both. The MD-11 will be VARIG, late scheme. Anyways, I need help. Particularly, with the underside of the wings. From reference I've been able to obt

Hi PPL A major family crisis has emerged and I need to locate a person in Amarillo, TX. Could any one living there (or knows someone) help me?? Thank you.

Glad to hear that, Steve. Keep up the good spirits, everything will be fine :) Take Care

The kit in question is Welch's 1/144. I also have a DC-10-30 Resin engines by Contrails, thought I MIGHT be able to put 'em here, but sounds like I'd run into some trouble. I guess I better save those for another DC-10!! Thanks again for the input. BTW, how can you spot the differences between them? Is it the exhausts?? Shape of the Cowling?? Thanks Again Take Care
-
Actually, yes it does. A LOT!!! Thank you!!! Now, not that I want to abuse your knowledge, but what are the external differences between the MD-11's GE and the DC-10-30's?? Thanks again!! Take Care

Hi ppl. Next in line is a 1/144 MD-11, which I intend to do in Varig colors, specifically the last color schemes. Anyway, the kit has options for GE and P&W engines, wondering which is the correct one?? Here's some pics of the intended livery, wondering if anyone can spot the engines from them Thank you in advance http://m.airliners.net/photo/detail/id/2010897 http://m.airliners.net/photo/detail/id/2154879 Take Care

Hi fellas. Built this kit a couple of months ago. Technically, it is my first Figure painting ever. Go Kart was a piece of cake. Painted with Tamiya Spray Cans. Helmet from the kit depicts an Early 90's style helmet, so I 3D printed an early 80's Helmet. Thanks for the comments. Take Care
