In India...when it sunny it can and does rain sometimes ...it can rain for a while while it is still sunny and then stops suddenly. No need for coats..the sun dries you out. Doesn't not eating make you slow because of no nutrients? ...I guess abstaining would be far more appropriate....but anyhoo... ..in MY case it just heightens your awareness more. Th body has the capacity to survive without food for a day or so as we all have fat reserves in our bodies.. It's the dehydration that makes you feel tired.....it does not slow ME down though.
