Bonehammer73
Good evening all, I was wondering whether there are close-up pictures of adapters for two bombs such as those carried by this Zimbabwe Hawk: The Tamiya Sea Harrier had a similar adapter. Is it the same for the two types?

Finn
The Airfix 1/24 Harrier has the Twin Stores Carrier: http://www.cybermodeler.com/hobby/kits/airfix/images/airfix_18003_parts10.jpg lower right in the pic. The ones in the Tamiya kit are similar, they don't have the notch at the front. The DACO 104 Correction Set will have the TSC without the notch: http://ultra.glo.be/daco/F104sprueEn.jpg Jari Edited March 31, 2013 by Finn

Glidingbob
These are called Twin store carrier , TSC .These are put under wing pylons. The ones on the Zim hawk are light weight TSC build by a British company ML Aviation. http://www.flightglobal.com/pdfarchive/view/1969/1969%20-%202163.html There are various models , some with notches in front ,others without , others with some kind of beaver tail shape. The ML Aviation TSC are carried by Hawks ,Harriers ,Hunters ,Alpha jets, F-104 as a rather common NATO equipment. The ones on the Tornado pics are another model , with V shaped bottom.
