sundowner
In the months of April and May , I have been in the Seattle area for about 7 weeks for my job , and I was able to take some photo's my only dissapointment was that I wasn't able to visit NAS Whidbey Island but for the rest this area is an Aviations Enthousiasts Heaven: B777-300 PH-BVK , KLM's newest addition , the reason I was there ........ this jet surprised me : The escort of the MiG-29 : and this one as well : If you need to be in the area , you're in for a treat! strikeeagle801
Paine Field is a fun place to be. That MiG-29 is a great sight. It's owned by Paul Allen and is part of his Flying Heritage Collection. The last one you have there is an Indian Navy P-8I anti-submarine aircraft. I get to see them pretty often over on my side of the mountains doing testing at Grant County International Airport. Great catch on the Dreamliners and Dreamlifter as well. Aaron
VA-115EFR
Great shots there my friend!!! Lived on Whidbey Island for a year, and despite the rain, ABSOLUTELY loved it out there. Drove by Paine field a few times traveling on I-5, but never got to enjoy the sights you showed here. Thanks for posting these!

Instead it belongs to the Historic Flight Collection just up the street, http://historicflight.org/hf/. They also have Grumpy the B-25 and an F8F, F7F, Waco 7, CT-33 and a couple of other interesting aircraft that they fly.

Check out the FHC's website . Trust me, I'm part of a photographer's group on Facebook that is heavily involved with the goings-on on Paine Field and I have pictures of the MiG in his new hanger from the first day he opened it to the public. Aaron Ahhh, See last time I breezed through both only two years ago, the MiG was up the street at HFF (who were excited beyond belief to have the MiG) and FHC had just moved in to their new digs with the plans to build a space wing. I need to swing back down there and see what is up between the two places.
