Darren Roberts
Well, there's no turning back now. I've cut up and started to modify two different Tamiya Tomcats. I will either happily succeed or completely jack up two $80 kits. I'm really hoping for the first outcome! With the pictures, I've hinted at the two different projects I'm working on. Any guesses? zerosystem
I think you can make it up Darren in the number of resin sets that you'll sell because of it. I thought 3 was enough and waiting for AMK for the others...now I'm going to need more Tamiya's...AND more Steel Beach...
gb_madcat_sl
Early beaver tail and GE engines for B and D Tomcats. Any prizes for getting them right? :P Mark

What I might do is provide all the external parts for a D and have the modeler shoehorn in an aftermarket D cockpit. For getting it correct, you have the respect of your fellow modelers and the knowledge that you got it first. :-)

Modelmkr
As mentioned, the first looks like an early beavertail mod (with or without dielectric panels, Brian?) Is your plan to shoehorn in the Hasegawa beavertail for this? I'll be interested to see how well it fits, if that's the case. Marc B.
