serendip
Good day all, I'm ordering the ZM F-4G. Does anyone know if MRP carry those colors in their range and what the numbers are? Thanks for helping! Marc.
seawinder
Yes. I posted the MRP numbers to the thread you started at Britmodeller. MRP 241, 101 and 102 for FS 36081, 34079 and 34102 respectively. Ever tried Google? 😉
serendip
Thanks Seawinder and you have a point. Marc.

serendip
I understand there are EURO-1 variations to the colors Seawinder names above. Does anyone know what if any these variations are? Especially the grey apparently has variations. Thanks, Marc.
ElectroSoldier
Ive heard this too. Two versions of Euro1 The first takes the standard SEA Green/Green/Tan scheme and replaces the tan with the 6081 grey, the other takes the same SEA scheme and replaces the dark green with 4079 and tan with 6081. serendip
Thanks ES - would you happen to know what the FS colour is of the SEA dark green that is replaced with the 4079? I want to keep the Euro1 as light as I (accuratly) can. Marc.

ytsejam87
perhaps these links can help: https://ak-interactive.com/product/usaf-european-camo-colors-1980s/ and https://www.reidairpublishing.com/decals/usaf-f-4e-gunfighter-phantoms 5th picture and https://www.cybermodeler.com/aircraft/f-4/f-4_profile08.shtml euro 1 and https://www.cybermodeler.com/aircraft/a-10/a-10_profile01.shtml somewhat known as euro 2 i *think* the "other" green is fs34092. scotthldr
Fairly sure 34092 wasn’t used on F-4’s.

That agrees with what I've found doing a quick poke around the net. Apparently, the Euro 1 scheme for F-4s started off as Medium Green 34102, Dark Green 34079, and Gunship Gray 36118 (replacing the SEA Tan 30219). When stocks of 36118 quickly became short, Euro Gray 36081 replaced it as the standard grey in the scheme, which MAY then have been renamed Euro 2. Other aircraft types, notably including the A-10, were painted in what was also called Euro 1, but which consisted of Medium Green 34102, Euro Green 34092, and Euro Gray 36081. scotthldr
34102 not 34201. 36118 was consigned to the MAC Euro1 scheme ie: C-5, C-130, C-141 and most USAF helicopters. Never heard of F-4’s wearing 36118, but 36087 is commonly referred to as Dark Gunship Grey were some of the confusion arises from.
