  1. 1/72 scale aircraft- 1472 1/700 scale ships - 71  1/72 scale armor - 128 Kept on spreadsheets with info about each symbol for shame?
  2. If you liked Pearl Harbour you're gonna love this! ;)
  3. "I enjoyed the movie Red Tails, but one of the most infuriating scenes as a historian was the running commentary about destroying "another truck and a train". I squirmed with embarrassment throughout the movie and could barely watch it. I find CGI flying scenes unrealistic in the extreme and there is no reason for them to be that way. The chest thumping bravado, shouting, and phony radio chatter was painful. I guess the makers felt the need to add an insipid love story to attract a wider audience but, for me, it it only detracted from a story that still needs to be properly told.
  4. Hi Jerry, I'm not an expert but, since you've had no reply as yet I'm going to try first. I'm sure others will have something to add as well. You're fortunate if you have had good results with acrylics; many people find them harder to use when brush painting. 5. My personal fovorite online shop, Lucky Model, is now selling this for the sale price of $5.49 USD. Shipping to Canada is $4.54 for one so it comes in at $10.03 USD altogether. I ordered one today. Wayne
  6. I recently bought the AM Tech Ju-88H-3/H-4 Mistel but, although the box appeared to be unopened, there were no instructions. I have looked in vain for a website to contact the manufacturer. Does anyone have a copy of these that could be photocopied or know of a way to contact AM Tech? I fear they may no longer be in business. This looks to be a wonderfully molded kit of a rare and fascinating aircraft. It does not include the Fw-190t hat perches atop the looong fuselage Ju-88, but any one of a dozen or so kits are suitable, and it includes everything else. I hope someone can help me wit
  7. Shipping to Canada by "USPS First Class Mail International" is less than half the rate by "Priority Mail International", and it is very reliable. Would you consider shipping by this method?
  8. Beautiful!!! Your attention to detail is noteworthy and the realism shown in a minimally sized diorama, just large enough to encompass the aircraft shows your careful planning. Although this is an aircraft I have little interest in modelling, your work is truly inspirational.
