  1. TRY THIS LINK Hope that helps. Also remember the Easter Egg painting thingy that you pulled the spring loaded part back and placed the egg there and the spring held the egg in place and you could make the circles and desings from there? You could use that and also it was great for holding bombs and painting the yellow stripe around that also. Resin Builder
  2. I sanded the wing root problem with 320 dry paper then stepped the grit down from there to about 800 wetordry paper. Really not that much filler used, also had the windshield fit issiue, but ended up painting that area black anyway. Had more trouble with the aftermarket decals then the kit. I got about 6 more in the stash with some Whiskey Jack decals and others around here somewhere. Throw in a 1/72 Dart Herlad for good measure also.

  8. The 3 I have built all went togather rather well, infact I have several in the stash along with about 5 sheets of decals including the old War Eagle sheet wgen that first came out. Also a resin conversion for the 2 seat version.
  9. I thought of my first full resin kit as one big resin cockpit. You will enjoy them greatly, where else can you get such different subjects then in resin. Wash the parts real good sand lighty and primer before painting. Good luck!!

  17. I wrote Arnold once and suggested that he put steel wire in the landing gear before casting, because I built the XB-46 and they sagged right away, so he added pins in the Rainbow landing gear so maybe he did that to this one also, we will see!

  19. Rumor has it Anigrand is going to do a resin 1/72 C-141A, C-141B be in 2007. This came from a very good source. They also have the C-17 kit listed as a new kit soon.
  20. Thanks guys for the info. Arnold said at one time he was going todo the beaching gear for it. Guess he changed his mind. Just lucky we got a good Seamaster to work with. My little pinholes were on the lower wing luckly. Think positive for a C-141A and B and a Tradewinds all in 1/72 and a Budd Conestoga too would be great Thanks again, Randy

  22. Building the Anigrand Seamaster and was woundering what color the first prototype was? The solid colored version. Then doing the production 2 tone color version. I think the prototype was gunship grey, not the blue color do not know for sure I have read different things. Any info would be greatfully accepted. Thanks in advance, Randy
