so now my friends, how long before anyone makes one in resin? those pics are very close with great detail no?

It was my understanding that this 'gas diverter' was not used on operational A-10 because of vibration problems. Is this still the case?

Ahh the Battelle gun gas diverter!! They tore the hell out of the gunbay sheet metal!! Vibration probles are right!! we still have them in storage from what I have been told, or we could have gotten rid of them, good riddance!!

Actually the 72nd Hasegawa A-10 with AK decals has that diverter in the box.

I went through RTU at Davis-Monthan with the 333rd and have got some time in that jet - nice to see it's still around. We always called that gas diverter; "The Tickler" and it didn't stick around for long...
