For all decals that I cannot trim the film,I first brushed Future on the surface,then added the decal and over that applied Mr Softer.This way I eliminated most silvering! I just picked that kit up myself - initially I saw F-16A and figured I could do an NSAWC Viper with it, but the commemorative markings are pretty sweet, so I think I might have to use those!
