In 2005, a guy my Dad knows, went to Iraq. Tom Humes was a Blackhawk pilot with the Delaware Army National Guard. He started sending pictures and stories to my Dad who, of course, forwarded them on to me. When I started asking questions, Dad put me in touch with Tom. Tom agreed to let me publish his pics on our clubs (now defunct) gallery. These were pretty popular at the time so I finally started putting them up on one of my Picasaa Web sites. Been working on this for 2 days and still have another 20+ emails to go thru. I have added Tom's commentary to some of the pics and my own take on some of the others. He did a pretty good job identifying most of the stuff but I did get to help him with a few.

Philp, Please Thank Tom for his Service, it is Much Appreciated ... :lol:

Also, thank you for sharing the photo album, it does give us a little flavor of what it looks like 'over there' without any media twisting ...
